Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate research feasibility and convert clinical inquiries into analytical frameworks.

• Extract, validate, and oversee data from Epic, Databricks, and other sources.

• Conduct data cleansing, quality assurance, and statistical evaluations.

• Assist with IRB submissions while ensuring adherence to data governance standards.

• Create tables, figures, and visual representations for manuscripts and presentations.

• Work collaboratively with investigators on interpretation, abstracts, and dissemination.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics or research.

• Proficient in SQL; familiarity with Excel, Databricks, Python, or R is preferred.

• Understanding of EHR data (Epic), clinical coding, and research methodologies.

• Experience with REDCap, IRB processes, and manuscript assistance is preferred.

• Background in academic medicine or health system research is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Preferred field of study includes a bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related area.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
