Senior Healthcare Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently draft, review, revise, and negotiate intricate commercial agreements.

• Analyze and negotiate atypical contract provisions.

• Act as the primary daily contact for the Legal Department on assigned contracting issues.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance teams, and executive leadership.

• Offer practical recommendations on contractual terms, risk distribution, and negotiation tactics.

• Assist in the Legal team's development and ongoing enhancement of contract templates.

• Support and uphold contract lifecycle processes and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.

• Extensive background in negotiating contractual terms directly with customers, vendors, business partners, and other counterparties.

• Capability to read, interpret, and draft complex legal and business agreements.

• Experience in identifying legal, operational, financial, and compliance risks within contractual agreements.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of contract law principles, risk allocation in contracts, and commercial negotiation practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms and document management systems.
