This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively pursue advancements in our industry and create innovative solutions in response to the evolving needs of researchers.

• Lead internal Subject Matter Expert Teams.

• Publish or present at least once annually.

• Engage in marketing initiatives with a total of $1M-$2M per year in Net Signed Fees.

• Collaborate effectively with project teams to provide technical expertise in programming and planning for projects.

• Facilitate user group meetings to gather and refine program requirements and evaluate space utilization.

• Convey planning concepts to project teams and stakeholders, both verbally and through graphic and written reports, while working efficiently with architectural designers to enhance plans that align with owners’ goals and objectives.

• Simplify planning concepts into understandable terms for clients, designers, and project team members.

• Oversee the development, modification, and/or review of planning concepts and solutions.

• Direct the creation of architectural drawings and specifications to convert planning concepts into project documentation for construction.

• Define project scope, plan, and services during the contract phase.

• Integrate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.

• Establish and nurture excellent relationships with current and prospective clients.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers and project leaders.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 12 years of related experience is required.

• Previous experience as a subject matter expert on large, complex, or multiple projects within the health market is essential.

• Licensure or registration in the United States is preferred.

• LEED accreditation is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and requirements is necessary.

• Advanced expertise in the discipline is required.

• Strong business acumen is a must.

• Ability to engage with clients and possess strong verbal and written communication skills is essential.

• Capability to mentor less experienced team members is required.

• Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to establish rapport with the project team and clients are crucial.

• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam is required.

• Professional business attire is mandatory for all client meetings.

• Travel is required.
