This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization.
• Lead the comprehensive commercialization strategy for the cleaning sector.
• Manage the overall go-to-market approach encompassing Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Fleet Operations, and Revenue Operations.
• Formulate commercialization strategies for new products, services, verticals, and partnerships.
• Foster accountability throughout the organization to ensure that every commercial function aligns with a unified plan.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to prioritize investments, vertical expansions, launch sequencing, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee SBRA's market narrative, messaging framework, and category strategy.
• Guarantee consistency in messaging across direct sales, partner channels, marketing campaigns, executive presentations, customer success, and product launches.
• Manage commercialization efforts for every significant product release.
• Establish the Customer Proof & Reference Engine.
• Create commercial playbooks, business cases, ROI/TCO models, competitive positioning, battlecards, executive presentations, proposal templates, and commercialization frameworks.
• Lead the enablement of partners.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading GTM strategy, commercialization, product marketing, or commercial strategy in enterprise technology firms.
• Proven track record of ownership in go-to-market strategies and commercialization projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs that include Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Background in launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, automation, industrial technology, or other intricate B2B solutions.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in developing customer proof programs, executive reference strategies, and commercialization materials.
• Strong background in enterprise sales enablement.
• Proficient in conducting win/loss analyses and translating insights into measurable business enhancements.
• Ability to construct ROI/TCO models and business cases that support enterprise purchasing decisions.
• Comfortable working in rapid-paced, high-growth settings with considerable ambiguity.
