This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Execute GTM Enablement Programs
• Design, create, and implement enablement initiatives that bolster core GTM activities across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
• Develop onboarding and continuous enablement experiences that enhance productivity and readiness for execution
• Simplify complex product, platform, and accessibility concepts into understandable, actionable messaging, tools, and resources for customer-facing teams
• Support the Comprehensive GTM Lifecycle
• Equip teams to perform effectively in areas such as: Discovery and value-based discussions, Product positioning and objection management, Customer onboarding and early adoption, Expansion and renewal preparedness
• Create playbooks, frameworks, and role-specific resources that focus on real customer interactions rather than theoretical training
• Mentor individual contributors and assist Frontline Managers
• 4–7+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Customer Success Enablement
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales or related roles (e.g., quota-carrying sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering, account management)
• Demonstrated ability to build enablement programs from the ground up in a B2B SaaS context
• Experience in enabling various GTM roles, rather than focusing on a single function
• Understanding of enterprise sales processes and intricate customer purchasing journeys
