This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ We are seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator to take charge of how RetailNext's products are presented in the marketplace β including positioning, messaging, campaigns, and content that facilitate customer adoption. This position serves as a vital link between Product and the broader go-to-market organization, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and our Retail Engagement Managers (REMs).
β’ The ideal candidate excels as both a storyteller and a market analyst. You will dive deep into the product to gain comprehensive knowledge, understand our buyers' decision-making processes, and analyze competitors to identify our competitive advantages. You will transform this information into compelling messaging, impactful campaigns, and sales enablement materials that drive results. You should be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously β such as launching a product one week, developing a case study the next, and creating a competitive battlecard thereafter β all while maintaining high-quality standards.

β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related marketing discipline.

β’ Proven ability to convert technical product specifications into customer-centric benefits.
β’ Comfort in managing multiple campaigns and content initiatives simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
β’ A strong history of collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams across functions.
β’ Capability to perform market and competitive analysis and leverage insights to inform positioning, messaging, and content development.
β’ Significant influence on RetailNext's market presence β you will contribute to shaping positioning, messaging, and narratives across all customer-facing platforms, with direct involvement in discussions with Product, Sales, and the Chief Revenue Officer.
