This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth team to establish and enhance acquisition, conversion, and retention objectives across various regions and channels.
• Function as a central, region-neutral capital allocator within Growth, ensuring that time, budget, and resources are directed towards the most impactful opportunities.
• Serve as a vital partner to Growth leadership, transforming complex data into straightforward trade-off decisions, rigorously testing assumptions, and assisting in identifying where the next dollar and hour should be allocated.
• Oversee Growth’s forecasting and planning processes, ensuring alignment on targets, assumptions, and trade-offs between regional and central teams.
• Manage the operational rhythm for Growth, overseeing business inputs, scenario frameworks, and planning logic layered on Data’s forecasting model.
• Convert performance insights into decisions for cross-regional and cross-channel allocations that drive incremental growth and capital efficiency, while operating within the financial guidelines established by our Finance team.
• 9+ years of experience in Growth Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven experience managing planning cycles and influencing capital allocation decisions at a multi-market or global scale.
• Demonstrated capability in maintaining forecasting models (Excel/Sheets) and conducting scenario planning, including CAC/LTV analysis, pacing, and ROI assessments.
• Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with SQL and modern BI tools (such as Looker, Lightdash, Tableau); experience with MMM models is a plus.
• Clear track record of transforming data into actionable recommendations—beyond mere reporting, synthesizing insights into “what we should do next.”
• Ability to challenge assumptions, rigorously test inputs, and navigate through ambiguous or incomplete data.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with channel leads, PMs, and Data teams; excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in managing complex, deadline-driven projects, prioritizing tasks across markets, and fostering alignment among multiple teams.
• A proactive and structured problem-solver capable of identifying unclear issues, resolving them, and providing clarity with minimal oversight.
