Senior Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of implementing the 2026 CRO roadmap.

• Act as the product lead for two teams, both concentrating on Web CRO for different segments of the same user journey.

• Collaborate with our Data Team to establish tracking requirements, evaluate A/B test outcomes, and create visualization reports in Tableau.

• Work in close partnership with Product Designers to connect qualitative research with quantitative data.

• Coordinate with Marketing on content and performance marketing strategies, ensuring smooth data integration across our ecosystem in collaboration with other product areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Product Management.

• Proven Growth Experience: A strong track record of achieving results through experience and flow optimizations.

• AI-Forward Thinker: Enthusiastic about leveraging LLMs and AI-driven personalization to offer a more "human" and customized experience for our travelers.

• Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficient in GA4 and Tableau (or similar tools like PowerBI) for deriving insights on user behavior and product direction.

• Luxury & Business Mindset: Background in Business or Technology, with an understanding that for a luxury brand, "conversion" should feel like an invitation rather than a transaction.

• Proficiency in Jira for managing the backlog.

• English Proficiency: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Timezone Alignment: Availability to work until 3:00 PM PT (Pacific Time).
