Senior Growth Product Manager

Posted May 20

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of implementing the 2026 CRO roadmap. You will be tasked with defining our optimization vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead a team in a dynamic environment to launch, adapt, pivot, or scale experiments based on real-time A/B test outcomes.

• Act as the product lead for two teams—each dedicated to Web CRO for different segments of the same user journey.

• Collaborate with our Data Team to establish tracking requirements, evaluate A/B test performance, and create visualization reports using Tableau.

• Work closely with Product Designers to connect qualitative research with quantitative data, ensuring that every experiment is both user-focused and aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate with Marketing on content and performance marketing initiatives, and liaise with other product areas (Zicasso’s Platforms for Travelers, Partners, and Customer Care Team) to guarantee seamless data integration throughout our ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Product Management

• Growth Experience: You have a proven history of achieving results through experience and flow optimizations. You are adept in A/B testing and experimentation, with a keen eye for design and an understanding of how product content, page, and interaction design can influence conversions. You are data-driven, hypotheses-driven, and make decisions based on data insights.

• AI-Forward Thinker: You are enthusiastic about leveraging LLMs and AI-driven personalization to craft a more "human" and customized experience for our travelers. You likely already utilize AI tools to enhance your own product workflow.

• Analytical & Technical: You are proficient in GA4 and Tableau (or similar tools such as PowerBI) to derive insights about user behavior and product direction. While you may not code, you understand engineers' language, grasp technical limitations, and can navigate data structures effectively.

• Luxury & Business Mindset: You possess a background in Business or Tech and recognize that for a luxury brand, "conversion" should feel like an invitation rather than a transaction. You uphold the brand’s prestige while continuously optimizing for growth.

• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management.

• English Proficiency: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Timezone Alignment: Must be available to work until 3:00 PM PT (Pacific Time).

🏝️ Benefits

• Work remotely from your home base with flexible hours that promote a healthy work-life balance.

• Engage in an innovative, fast-paced, and collaborative culture that appreciates diverse voices and perspectives.

• Access to an annual budget for learning and development.

• Experience two company-sponsored business trips each year to international destinations we serve!
