Senior Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Initiate and refine product experiments on a daily and weekly basis throughout the funnel.

• Oversee and maintain the experimentation backlog, including prioritization, planning, and execution.

• Compose clear PRDs and experiment briefs to facilitate swift developer execution.

• Generate ideas for experiments by utilizing UX research, funnel analysis, and data insights (via Mixpanel and Claude).

• Manage the entire experiment lifecycle from idea to build, release, measurement, and decision-making.

• Collaborate directly with developers, offering continuous feedback to guarantee quick delivery and precision.

• Coordinate release flow across development, staging, and production environments.

• Ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and A/B test configurations (using GrowthBook and Mixpanel).

• Track performance and provide daily and weekly insights along with iteration decisions.

• Oversee the complete experimentation pipeline, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in product management and growth, including at least 3 years in growth/product optimization roles.

• Demonstrated success in optimizing web funnels in B2C (B2B experience is a bonus), with a direct impact on CR, LTV, and CPA.

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced growth setting, where experiments are conducted on a daily or weekly basis.

• Strong practical experience in executing A/B tests from start to finish (hypothesis → setup → analysis → decision).

• Extensive proficiency with product analytics tools, particularly Mixpanel (funnels, cohorts, event-based analysis).

• Familiarity with experimentation and feature flagging tools like GrowthBook.

• Capability to draft clear, developer-ready PRDs and experiment specifications with explicit acceptance criteria.

• Solid understanding of event tracking, data integrity, and frameworks for measuring experiments.

• Experience working closely with engineers and a strong grasp of development, staging, and production workflows.

• High execution speed with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous experiments while meeting stringent KPI targets.
