This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Take ownership of essential conversion metrics, including purchase conversions and incremental revenue growth.
• Examine user behavior and enhance each interaction point—from the initial ad impression to the final payment completion.
• Conduct rapid product experiments aimed at enhancing acquisition efficiency and scaling conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize creative strategies, messaging, and onboarding processes that elevate purchase intent.
• Comprehend the influence of various acquisition channels (paid, organic, referral, etc.) on user behavior and in-product conversions.
• Develop onboarding and activation pathways customized to align with user intent, the source of the channel, and behavioral profiles.
• Test different segments, warm-up techniques, paywalls, upsells, and promotional offers to boost ARPU and first-time conversions.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of user pain points—actively listen to user feedback, emotions, and challenges, and convert these insights into effective product journeys.
• Utilize UX and sales psychology principles such as scarcity, urgency, storytelling, personalization, and social proof.
• Partner with growth marketing to formulate compelling, value-oriented offers, enhancing perceived outcomes and minimizing decision-making friction.
• Construct and evaluate behavioral funnels, attribution models, and pivotal decision points to identify and eliminate conversion obstacles.
• Convert insights into swift actions—create dashboards, conduct A/B tests, and prioritize tasks with a clear revenue impact.
• Collaborate across departments with performance marketing, product teams, analytics, and engineering to achieve comprehensive conversion results.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, growth, or customer lifecycle roles, particularly within subscription-based businesses.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing conversion rates and revenue in digital products.
• Experience in optimizing customer journeys, especially within sales funnels.
• Strong grasp of acquisition channels and their effects on user behavior.
• Proficient in analyzing user behavior and payment data to extract actionable insights.
• A data-driven decision-maker with a solid analytical foundation.
• Skilled in developing and utilizing growth models.
• Expertise in A/B testing and successfully implementing warm-up strategies.
• Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills, effectively engaging with cross-functional teams.
