Senior Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a product strategy aimed at enhancing acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral.

• Take charge of the user onboarding process — from the app download to the completion of the setup.

• Conduct a high volume of A/B tests to boost conversion rates and user engagement.

• Lead the referral program and spearhead initiatives to minimize churn.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Line Product Managers, the Joko AI team, the Data department, and a dedicated Product Designer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth Manager in a B2C product with a significant user base.

• You have successfully managed and delivered improvements throughout a growth or conversion funnel from start to finish.

• Experience in running A/B tests at scale (with over 10,000 users).

• Held a senior position focused on top-line growth.

• Proficiency in SQL or strong analytical tool skills is advantageous.

• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
