This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Develop, test, and implement innovative approaches to the sales funnel.
• Analyze all processes to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.
• Convert data insights into actionable features by identifying "leaks" in the funnel.
• Create and evaluate trial experiences and product combinations that consistently generate “Aha moments” for customers.
• Take ownership of the conversion process from sign-up to trial completion.
• Enhance revenue by aligning users with the appropriate subscription tiers and value propositions.
• Optimize upsell potentials and ensure effective product matches to influence ARPU and enhance LTV.
• Collaborate with various teams (Marketing, CRM, Operations) to synchronize acquisition strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management with a strong emphasis on Growth, Activation, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Strong commercial instinct supported by a proven history of successful product development.
• Exceptional skills in performance measurement and product analytics.
• Experience in managing global consumer products; adaptable funnels for various international markets.
• Facilitate the Agile process with the engineering team, ensuring prototypes are delivered with technical excellence.
• Flourish in a completely remote, distributed team setting; proficient with tools like JIRA and Slack.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
