This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take complete ownership of paid and organic acquisition, managing budget, channel mix, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Develop scalable and predictable funnels and loops for FastMCP to Horizon, including self-serve signup to activation, website to inbound, and open source to Cloud.
• Create and implement onboarding, activation, and re-engagement lifecycle sequences.
• Structure campaign taxonomy and uphold UTM discipline.
• Ensure a seamless transition from HubSpot to Salesforce.
• Conduct experiments aimed at optimizing the funnel.
• Analyze and report on cost per activated user and pipeline per dollar.
• Convert FastMCP's developer audience into Horizon accounts via in-product paths, documentation placements, end cards, and calls to action (CTAs).
• Report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.
• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams.
• A minimum of 7 years in growth or demand generation roles within B2B SaaS or developer-focused organizations, with hands-on ownership experience.
• Proficiency in leveraging channels and campaigns to generate a reliable pipeline for sales and self-serve signups.
• Demonstrated experience managing an acquisition budget and evaluating its return.
• Familiarity with building attribution, including campaign taxonomy, UTM structure, and funnel modeling.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Proven lifecycle ownership with measurable results in onboarding and activation.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort using a BI tool (preferred but not essential).
• Experience in an open-source or developer-tools company (preferred but not essential).
• Capability to manage a product-led self-serve funnel alongside an enterprise sales-led approach (preferred but not essential).
• Experience integrating two marketing stacks post-acquisition (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to operate independently as the sole individual in the function.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States of America.
