This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the strategy, infrastructure, and best practices for Super.com’s lifecycle program across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications.
• Develop communications and customer journeys that provide highly personalized and relevant messaging to each member at crucial stages of their journey.
• Ensure top-notch deliverability and maintain the health of messaging.
• Plan, create, and implement comprehensive campaigns and automations for email, SMS, and push notifications; conduct experiments for segment- and event-based campaigns.
• Analyze and report on lifecycle metrics such as deliverability rates, open rates, CTR, overall revenue, and sign-ups to derive insights and drive action.
• Organize sprint planning to deploy tasks for each upcoming cycle and assign appropriate responsibilities to team members.
• Oversee the team's roadmap and backlog, and conduct standups and retrospectives to keep the mission on schedule and within deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with your GM and other teams, working efficiently across data, product, finance, and engineering to manage requirements and priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the lifecycle management team, working in conjunction with Engineering, Design, Copywriting, and Product Marketing partners.
• A minimum of 6 years of practical lifecycle/CRM marketing experience, including the development and scaling of lifecycle programs.
• Proven experience in establishing lifecycle infrastructure from the ground up — including segmentation, data synchronization, experiments, and multi-channel journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app communications.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Customer.io or a comparable lifecycle/CRM platform (e.g., Braze, Iterable).
• Strong background in reporting and data analysis, with the ability to query and extract data sets as necessary (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Looker).
• Experience in designing and executing experiments across both segment-based and event-triggered campaigns.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and program management — capable of running sprint planning, delegating tasks, and managing a roadmap across cross-functional resources.
