Senior Growth Manager – Contract

📋 Description

• Create and implement strategies that enhance Reddit’s user and community ecosystems in both the US and international markets.

• Identify significant growth opportunities.

• Design and carry out experiments related to content supply, community density, user contributions, discovery, engagement, and overall user growth.

• Develop and expand communities.

• Boost the availability of pertinent content and contributions.

• Reach out to underserved audiences.

• Enhance Reddit’s user experience.

• Convert successful experiments into repeatable playbooks, processes, and recommendations suitable for various markets.

• Assess which initiatives can be implemented broadly, necessitate local adjustments, or require operational or product support.

• Track daily active users, contributions, content supply, community health, and retention metrics.

• Analyze performance patterns and pinpoint risks and opportunities.

• Establish frameworks for measuring experiments and scaled programs.

• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Community teams.

• Provide insights, shape priorities, and expand growth initiatives.

• Build evidence through experimentation to impact cross-functional investments and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in user growth, product operations, or market expansion, with a proven ability to execute growth initiatives at scale.

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on execution capabilities, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous or resource-limited settings.

• Proficiency in Excel modeling.

• Working knowledge of SQL.

• Experience in creating scalable processes and automations.

• Strong systems thinking and the ability to differentiate between market-specific challenges and scalable growth opportunities.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and align cross-functional stakeholders across global teams.

• Results-driven mindset, keen attention to detail, and a focus on execution.

• Comfort in balancing opportunities between the US and international markets and prioritizing based on impact, feasibility, and strategic importance.
