Senior Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of acquisition targets for the Nigeria–Europe corridor, both online and offline, and be responsible for achieving them.

• Travel throughout Europe to represent LemFi at Nigerian community events, expos, and forums; build and expand our community network with local leaders, organizations, and grassroots partners.

• Create and implement market-specific user acquisition strategies, utilizing data and AI-assisted tools to optimize campaigns and enhance KPI performance.

• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses that result in measurable growth outcomes.

• Conduct continuous market research, including community listening, and translate findings into sharp, actionable insights for Product and Marketing.

• Act as the internal voice of the user, incorporating community perspectives into roadmap, messaging, and positioning decisions.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for LemFi, effectively communicating our mission across all channels and touchpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of success in growth, sales, or marketing within a fast-paced, target-driven environment—preferably in a fintech, consumer tech, or high-growth startup.

• Strong cultural understanding of Nigerian diaspora communities in Europe, including their financial needs, trust signals, and communication styles.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition or sales targets, supported by clear data.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the capability to extract and interpret performance data, identify successful strategies, and adapt quickly.

• Outstanding relationship-building skills, enabling you to engage with community leaders, gain their trust, and secure partnerships.

• Self-motivated and effective in a remote, field-based setting with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, including occasional weekends.
