Senior Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

• Oversee flagship initiatives such as the GTM10 Awards.

• Assist in positioning and messaging for product features.

• Collaborate on launch strategies and develop sales materials.

• Implement and manage the micro-influencer program.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in B2B software.

• Demonstrated success in managing demand generation and content initiatives.

• Knowledge of virtual assistant tools such as Claude.

• Highly organized and self-sufficient in overseeing various workstreams.

• Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics.

• Exceptional writing skills in English.
