Senior Group Manager – Specialized Industries, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Senior Relationship Managers in a "player/coach" capacity.

• Accountable for driving new business initiatives for companies nationwide within the Healthcare sector.

• Involve all facets of healthcare, including Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Specialty Physician portfolios, Laboratories, and more.

• Manage talent functions such as recruitment, performance assessments, staff training and development, and compliance obligations.

• Offer continuous support and expertise to the Relationship Managers.

• Cultivate strong client relationships and promote various banking services.

• Establish and nurture connections with private equity firms focusing on healthcare practices.

• Ensure efficient, team-oriented client service, timely processing, and adherence to banking policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare banking is required.

• Proven track record in networking, prospecting new clients, and building relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of working independently and leading a team.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Solid credit knowledge.
