Senior Group Manager – Specialized Industries, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Senior Relationship Managers while embodying the role of a “player/coach.”

• Accountable for the development of new business opportunities for companies across the Healthcare sector on a national level.

• Engage with all facets of healthcare, including Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Specialty Physician portfolios, Laboratories, and more.

• Manage talent-related functions, such as hiring, performance reviews, staff development/training, and compliance obligations.

• Provide continuous support and insights to the Relationship Managers.

• Foster strong client relationships and promote various banking capabilities.

• Establish and sustain connections with private equity firms that focus on healthcare practices.

• Ensure efficient, team-oriented client service, timely processing, and compliance with bank policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare banking is required.

• Proven track record in networking, prospecting new clients, and building relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work independently and lead a team.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Solid credit assessment skills.
