Senior Group Manager, Product Management

• Lead and expand the PM team: Recruit exceptional talent, provide direct feedback, and cultivate a team that rapidly enhances its skills.

• Ensure timely delivery with engineering: Collaborate with engineering leaders to hold squads accountable for their committed timelines.

• Foster an AI-native team culture: Establish and elevate the standards for utilizing AI tools within the PM discipline.

• Oversee the PM operational cadence: Manage the rhythm, rituals, and prioritization practices that keep projects advancing.

• Remain actively involved: Dive into the details — PRFAQs, customer interactions, and release evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Cybersecurity / SecOps expertise: Genuine background in the security domain — SIEM, SecOps, or related fields.

• Proficiency in AI-driven PM practices: A daily, adept user of AI tools.

• Strong delivery mechanics: Excellent at backlog management, prioritization, and consistent shipping.

• Technical literacy: Understands technical trade-offs, dependencies, and sizing sufficiently to challenge estimates and build engineering trust.

• People leadership and mentorship: Intentionally develops PMs through direct feedback, high expectations, and visible growth opportunities.

• Energy and motivation: Sets the pace and uplifts the team atmosphere.

• Cross-functional influence: Holds engineering squads accountable for delivery without having direct authority over them.
