Senior Group Manager – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Supervise an indirect team of around 50 full-time staff members.

• Manage personnel, addressing all HR-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Ensure governance, control, and SLA performance regarding transaction accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

• Oversee financial operations, including monthly, interim, and year-end financial closures.

• Drive cost efficiencies, enhance working capital, and manage cash flow effectively.

• Act as the comprehensive finance and accounting delivery partner.

• Regularly evaluate operations to ensure process maturity.

• Prepare and deliver monthly and executive presentations on operational performance and change management.

• Identify new business prospects and revenue opportunities.

• Manage contracts to ensure compliance, reduce risks, and optimize vendor partnerships.

• Promote the adoption of best practices, process optimization, and efficiency improvements through insightful analytics.

• Implement robotic process automation to allow teams to concentrate on higher-value activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post Matric qualification in Finance/Accounting is advantageous.

• 10-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting within a BPO setting at the campaign level.
