Senior Group Manager – EC Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Oversee the payroll processes for Employee Central

• Resolve payroll-related issues effectively

• Participate actively in payroll-related tasks

• Work collaboratively with payroll teams and other relevant stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central payroll

• More than 10 years of hands-on experience

• ECP certification is essential

• Capable of functioning as an individual contributor

• Proficient in writing PCR/Functions

• Ability to troubleshoot daily payroll issues

• Familiarity with the domain of India Payroll

• Strong communication skills
