Senior Graphic Designer – Global Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Developing high-quality sales enablement, digital, print, and marketing materials for product launches, campaigns, catalogs, brochures, presentations, trade shows, social media, and web content.

• Assisting our Bracing & Supports division with clear, sales-oriented materials across various product categories and sub-brands.

• Contributing innovative ideas, campaign concepts, and visual solutions while efficiently executing day-to-day marketing requirements.

• Working from briefs, even when details are not fully established, and helping to shape stronger concepts and results.

• Applying and enhancing brand guidelines, graphic standards, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency across customer interactions.

• Serving as a design approver for selected Bracing & Supports materials developed by regional teams, ensuring brand consistency and high design quality.

• Keeping organized design assets and materials within global systems.

• Assisting in process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborating with global marketing, product, commercial, regional teams, and external creative partners across various countries and time zones.

• Crafting impactful presentations for internal leadership and teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an international or multi-brand setting.

• A strong portfolio showcasing product, sales enablement, marketing, campaign, and brand design work.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Jira.

• A solid understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding principles, and design for both digital and print media.

• The capability to translate complex product or commercial information into clear, engaging, and useful visual materials.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

• The ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate effectively, and articulate design decisions in a business context.

• High proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, image retouching, art direction, trade shows, or in the B2B, healthcare, or medical device industries would be advantageous.
