Senior Graphic Designer – Brand, Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Capable of fluidly transitioning between print and digital design, producing high-quality, production-ready assets that fulfill both technical specifications and brand guidelines.

• Extensive experience in print and point-of-purchase (POP) materials, including the design of brochures, flyers/inserts, welcome kits, packaging, and retail or kiosk items, with a deep understanding of how these elements function in physical spaces.

• In-depth knowledge of print production processes (bleed, dielines, color systems) with the expertise to prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure precise execution of materials, finishes, and colors in fast-paced settings.

• Ability to work autonomously to manage your own workflow, complete assigned tasks, and uphold high-quality output without the need for constant supervision.

• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, adeptly integrating feedback to enhance deliverables.

• Remain updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously refining techniques to improve creative results.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and visualization methods to swiftly prototype and explore packaging concepts.

• Create visual presentations that effectively convey product ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of graphic design experience spanning both digital and print, with established seniority and responsibility in brand asset development and production.

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• A collaborative approach with the capability to work cross-functionally.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for projects.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficient level of English.
