Senior Graphic Designer – Brand & Creative Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create impactful advertising campaigns across both digital and print mediums, from analyzing briefs to finalizing assets, ensuring that each design choice enhances engagement, trust, and conversion.

• Propel the brand forward. Hostinger's visual identity serves as a foundation, not a limit. You'll play a key role in defining its future direction.

• Collaborate with copywriters, video producers, project managers, and marketing managers for both country-specific and product-focused initiatives to produce work that resonates on a local level while making a global impact.

• Design assets for multiple channels including YouTube ads, Meta banners, emails, blogs, and print materials that are visually captivating and strategically sound.

• Guide junior and mid-level designers through constructive feedback, shared principles, and by setting an example—ensuring that you elevate standards beyond mere review.

• Leverage AI tools as a true creative asset to explore innovative possibilities, speed up production, and discover unique approaches that wouldn't emerge otherwise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating your work in marketing campaigns or brand projects, showcasing not just the end result but the thought process behind it.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

• Practical experience incorporating generative AI tools into your design workflow.

• Strong craftsmanship standards and a distinct perspective on effective design.

• Experience in providing constructive, growth-oriented feedback to fellow designers.

• Ability to thrive in uncertainty and rapidly changing priorities—making informed decisions based on available information while actively seeking out missing elements.

• Clear and direct communication skills. You convey your points swiftly and always provide necessary context.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
