Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality design materials for both digital and print mediums, ensuring brand consistency throughout.

• Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns across various teams and channels.

• Integrate design with technology to create user-centered experiences.

• Convert complex technical ideas into engaging visual stories.

• Rapidly prototype (interactive, motion, code, print) to test and validate concepts.

• Explore AI, generative design, and data visualization techniques.

• Manage projects from start to finish, providing clear communication on progress and potential risks.

• Contribute to the development of design systems, templates, and the organization of digital asset management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a hybrid design and technology role with a portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other contemporary prototyping tools.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content, image, and motion workflows.

• Strong knowledge of design systems and scalable design methodologies.

• Experience in motion, video, interactive, or code-based design.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities.
