Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality design assets for both digital and print mediums, ensuring brand consistency.

• Work collaboratively on integrated campaigns across various teams and channels.

• Connect design with technology to provide user-focused experiences.

• Convert intricate technical concepts into engaging visual stories.

• Rapidly prototype (including interactive, motion, code, and print) to test and validate concepts.

• Explore AI, generative design, and data visualization techniques.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, clearly communicating progress and potential risks.

• Contribute to the development of design systems, templates, and digital asset management organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a combined design/technology role (with both digital and print portfolios).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other contemporary prototyping tools.

• Practical experience using AI tools for content, image, and motion workflows.

• Strong grasp of design systems and scalable design methodologies.

• Background in motion, video, interactive, or code-based design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various functions.

• Experience with generative/computational design or data visualization is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI workflows and automation is preferred.

• Experience in B2B, tech, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.

• Proven experience in building or scaling design systems is preferred.
