Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Directly assisting the product team with new product launches by converting manufacturer 3D files and specification sheets into polished, brand-consistent visual assets.

• Ensuring that imagery is in line with the brand guidelines, while identifying areas where the system could be improved.

• Creating product visuals from 3D renders - aligning renders with actual product colors and finishes, and transforming them into hero images, lifestyle composites, and assets optimized for Amazon/ecommerce.

• Developing digital packaging and listing materials for Amazon (A+ content, listing visuals) and our website.

• Conducting quality control on the design team's outputs - meticulously reviewing the work of other designers and freelancers prior to release, catching minor issues (such as inconsistent fonts, leftover layers, text legibility on images, and off-brand gradients) before they impact customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing your work: authentic assets (both print and digital) and imagery that you've created, preferably for an ecommerce or DTC brand.

• Previous experience with an ecommerce brand - understanding how assets vary for a DTC front, Amazon listings, and unboxing experiences, and designing them accordingly.

• Proficiency in working from 3D renders and manufacturer files rather than solely relying on flat briefs.

• The discernment and experience to assess another's file and identify any discrepancies, along with the communication skills to address these issues without micromanaging.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe, or similar design tools, and comfortable managing the handoff of print-ready files to suppliers.

• A keen eye for premium aesthetics - the ability to distinguish between looks that are either cheap or premium.

• You approach work methodically: brief → execute → gather feedback → iterate.

• Proficient in English.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Bonus: Experience with packaging for electronics or premium tech accessories.

• Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem or Apple-related product design language.

• Experience in managing or mentoring other designers/freelancers, beyond just your own production.

• Must be Estonian or currently residing in Estonia.
