Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Design and modify visuals across point-of-sale, print, digital, and social media platforms.

• Generate high-quality finished artwork for various press, digital, and social media outputs.

• Execute advanced retouching for campaign imagery.

• Prepare exports that are ready for press and tailored to specific platforms.

• Create unique brand assets and campaign visuals that adhere to the brief while remaining creatively original.

• Enhance the brief whenever possible to contribute to client objectives.

• Work collaboratively with creative, production, and account teams.

• Actively participate in conceptualizing ideas and guiding design direction, beyond mere execution.

• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior designers as needed.

• Utilize automation tools, templates, and workflows for large-scale rollouts.

• Recommend and implement AI tools and process enhancements to improve efficiency.

• Ensure brand consistency across various formats and markets.

• Guarantee that all work is of world-class quality, user-friendly, and aligned with both business and consumer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or high-volume design setting.

• A robust portfolio that showcases brand and campaign projects in both digital and print media.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• Advanced skills in retouching and preparing finished artwork.

• Familiarity with automation scripts, asset management, and AI-augmented design processes.

• A comprehensive understanding of digital-first design principles across web, mobile, and social platforms.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills suitable for remote teamwork.

• A genuine enthusiasm for creativity, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

• A portfolio is required.
