Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and modify visuals across POS, print, digital, and social media platforms

• Generate high-quality finished artwork for press, digital, and social media applications

• Execute advanced retouching for imagery used in campaigns

• Prepare exports that are both press-ready and tailored for specific platforms

• Create unique brand assets and campaign visuals that are aligned with the brief and creatively innovative

• Strive to exceed the brief whenever feasible to enhance client objectives

• Work collaboratively with creative, production, and account teams

• Actively contribute to conceptual ideas and design direction, rather than only focusing on execution

• Guide and mentor junior designers as necessary

• Utilize automation tools, templates, and workflows to facilitate high-volume rollouts

• Recommend and implement AI tools and process enhancements to improve efficiency

• Uphold brand consistency across various formats and markets

• Ensure all work meets world-class standards, is user-friendly, and aligns with both business and consumer needs

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or a high-volume design setting

• A robust portfolio demonstrating brand and campaign work in both digital and print

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

• Advanced skills in retouching and preparing finished art

• Familiarity with automation scripts, asset management, and AI-enhanced design workflows

• A strong understanding of digital-first design principles applicable to web, mobile, and social media

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and collaboration skills suitable for remote teamwork

• A genuine passion for creativity, innovation, and ongoing improvement

• A portfolio is required.
