Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• The Senior Graphic Designer operates under general supervision, adhering to company and departmental policies to produce visually engaging, brand-consistent designs that enhance customer interaction and boost conversions.

• Responsible for crafting brand-aligned content for clients' product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements.

• Utilizes company and departmental practices to develop content for clients' product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements.

• Collaborates with Content Copy Writers and Content Managers to generate cohesive, high-performing assets for listings and marketing campaigns.

• Works alongside the internal marketing team to create content for the company website and promotional materials.

• Designs graphics for Amazon advertisements, including Sponsored Brand creatives and banners, aimed at increasing click-through rates and conversions.

• Investigates industry trends and competitor designs to maintain a competitive advantage in visual storytelling.

• Consistently explores and adapts to design trends, innovative tools, and eCommerce best practices to ensure the brand stays visually competitive and progressive.

• Keeps organized files and asset libraries to enhance design processes within the team.

• Addresses inconsistencies and proposes solutions to the manager to ensure compliance with client and company requirements.

• Establishes and nurtures collaborative relationships with internal teams to align goals and tackle challenges.

• Serves as a technical resource for team members and projects.

• Maintains or exceeds performance standards established by the department.

• Continues to learn and apply department training subjects according to established standards.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Four to seven (4-7) years of relevant experience in graphic design, with at least two (2) years being particularly pertinent.

• Strong expertise in creating impactful visuals for Amazon sellers and products to enhance listings and drive sales.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Demonstrates a solid understanding of departmental practices, procedures, and specialized functions, applying good judgment in choosing methods and techniques to achieve solutions for assigned clients and projects.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, showing clarity and precision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, or similar software.

• Advanced analytical and organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting project deadlines.
