Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Graphic Designer at Kaizen, you will take charge of crafting visually striking designs that effectively convey our brand and property offerings. Your collaboration with the marketing team will be essential in developing innovative concepts and bringing them to fruition across various design mediums.

• Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and impactful designs for a range of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement creative concepts that are in line with our brand guidelines and objectives.

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently while ensuring adherence to deadlines.

• Keep abreast of design trends and industry best practices to maintain the relevancy and visual appeal of our designs.

• Work closely with printers and external vendors to guarantee the high-quality production of marketing materials.

• Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables from junior designers or external agencies when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms.

• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.

• Keen attention to detail and a sharp eye for design aesthetics.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Remote work experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with the real estate or property management sector is advantageous.
