Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Create visually captivating digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, banners, social media graphics, and promotional assets.

• Design and develop motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns, introduce new product features, and support storytelling initiatives.

• Occasionally produce designs for events, including print materials, merchandise, and stage/booth designs.

• Comprehend the needs and behaviors of the target audience, converting insights into engaging and user-friendly design solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design into marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Generate designs that are adaptable to various platforms, ensuring optimal user experiences across multiple marketing channels.

• Uphold brand consistency in all marketing materials by following established design guidelines.

• Stay informed about design trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall visual appeal of marketing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, or similar software.

• Experienced with AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating previous projects.

• Adaptable and capable of managing shifting project requirements and deadlines.

• Proficient in English (B2 level or above).

• BONUS POINTS: Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Russian.

• Experience with VR projects.

• Background in creating motion graphics.

• Knowledge and experience in 3D design.
