Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Develop both static and animated visuals for an array of digital and print marketing materials, such as social media graphics, email campaigns, website components, brochures, flyers, and other promotional assets.

• Design and create multimedia projects, which include videos, interactive presentations, and various forms of digital media.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to comprehend clients' business goals and translate them into impactful design solutions.

• Perform research on industry trends, competitors, and target demographics to guide design choices.

• Establish and uphold brand guidelines to guarantee uniformity across all design materials.

• Design and engineer UI/UX components for digital offerings and services.

• Keep abreast of design software and tools, along with the latest design trends and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST possess agency experience.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a relevant field.

• 3-5 years of experience in multimedia design, ideally within a marketing agency environment.

• A compelling portfolio that displays a variety of design projects, from initial concept to final execution, highlighting static images, animations, video editing, UI/UX design, and multimedia.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Premiere, and other design and video editing applications.

• Understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and web design principles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey design concepts to clients and team members effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
