This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform Suno's brand identity and creative essence into paid social content that fosters growth across various paid platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Take ownership of the entire branded creative process – from conceptualization to production and refinement of both static and motion assets.
• Develop and uphold a creative roadmap that outlines what to produce, what to experiment with, what to advance, and what to discontinue.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to incorporate data and channel feedback as valuable creative inputs, rather than mere outputs.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance creative output beyond manual capabilities, and assist in establishing processes and guidelines that ensure AI-assisted work remains on-brand and aligned with Suno's standards.
• Create workflows and production processes that amplify creative output while preserving brand quality.
• Influence how the next wave of creators discovers Suno – the creative you produce often serves as their initial impression.
• 4-6 years of experience in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-oriented creative roles within a consumer tech, DTC, or growth-stage company.
• A blend of graphic and motion design expertise: robust static design skills paired with genuine motion/animation capabilities – this position is not solely graphic design focused.
• A portfolio showcasing paid social work (both static and motion) that reflects craft and a performance-driven approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Deep understanding of the elements that make paid social creative effective: hooks, formats, platform norms, and factors that encourage meaningful iteration.
• Capability to absorb a brand's visual identity and adapt it into new formats while maintaining its unique characteristics.
• Nice-to-Haves: Practical experience with AI-assisted creative tools (generative image, video, or copy) within an actual production workflow.
• Background in music, entertainment, or consumer products that focus on creators.
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior creative contributors.
