AI Graphic Designer – Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of static and lifestyle ad creative across **Google Display Network (GDN), Demand Gen,** and **Performance Max (PMax)** from start to finish.

• Conduct market research to define target avatars/personas and identify creative strategies.

• Independently conceptualize, design, produce, and deliver ad creative.

• Develop **direct response static ads** aimed at converting cold, top-of-funnel traffic, rather than just focusing on visually appealing designs.

• Combine static ads with advertorials as an integral part of the marketing funnel.

• Create **lifestyle imagery** specifically designed for PMax and Demand Gen placements.

• Generate creative content at scale across the complete Google static format set (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, and native display sizes).

• Analyze and interpret performance data to determine effective conversion strategies.

• Engage in continuous testing, volume production, and variations while iterating based on results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing **static ecommerce ads** for Google (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax).

• Strong understanding of the **Google static format set** (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, native display sizes).

• Practical experience with **AI creative tools** such as fal.ai, Higgsfield, Manus, and Claude.

• Solid knowledge of **direct response design principles** — crafting creatives that convert rather than merely looking attractive.

• Proficiency in reading and acting upon **performance data**.

• A mindset geared toward testing: comfortable with producing high volumes and variations, and iterating based on successful outcomes.

• A portfolio is required, highlighting static ad design (preferably direct response / performance-oriented projects).
