This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• As a Graphic Designer integral to this creative team, you will serve as the visual storyteller tasked with enhancing brand visibility across all digital platforms.
• Ideate and produce top-notch graphics for LinkedIn and other key platforms, including carousel posts, branded imagery, and thought leadership materials.
• Create innovative concepts for demand generation initiatives, designing visuals for webinars, events, lead-generation reports, and promotional materials.
• Assist with web projects by designing page layouts, creating custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements that harmonize aesthetics with user experience.
• Convert intricate concepts into well-crafted marketing materials, such as professional eBooks, whitepapers, and downloadable resources, emphasizing readability and layout.
• Continuously challenge the creative standards of the team by exploring new formats, keeping up with design trends, and evolving client brand aesthetics.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with marketers, videographers, and leadership to adhere to deadlines in a rapidly growing environment.
• **Design Excellence:** A robust portfolio showcasing a contemporary aesthetic and a keen eye for compelling, high-quality visual design.
• **Technical Mastery:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a comprehensive understanding of Canva for collaborative workflows.
