Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create innovative assets for paid advertisements, website components, digital media, and campaign materials.

• Produce both static and animated content, typically resulting in a distribution of 50% static designs and 50% motion/animation (such as animated GIFs for social media).

• Engage in the conceptualization of creative designs for campaigns, partnering closely with a strategy copywriter to develop bold and distinctive ideas.

• Critically assess briefs and think beyond conventional B2B design methods to guarantee that the creative output is both engaging and unique.

• Follow brand guidelines while introducing new, innovative ideas to assist in the brand's evolution.

• Attend weekly meetings with the team or team manager to oversee workflow and ensure that deliverables align with strategic objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B graphic design, with a portfolio highlighting both traditional and motion-based design projects.

• Proficiency in generating content for campaigns and demand generation, including paid advertisements and digital materials.

• Strong abilities in motion design/animation, particularly for social media platforms.

• Capacity to work autonomously and manage time efficiently, with a flexible schedule to accommodate project demands.

• A proactive mindset towards creative challenges, with the assurance to push boundaries and introduce fresh concepts.

• Familiarity with Asana, Teams, HubSpot, Canva Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).

• Access to personal technology for design tasks (a client email address will be provided for communication purposes).

• Willingness to engage in global client meetings and follow-ups at various times throughout the week (i.e., no fixed days, a well-organized weekly team call; available to address questions at different times of the day).
