Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative assets for paid advertisements, website components, digital media, and campaign materials.

• Produce both static and motion-based content, generally divided equally between static designs and motion/animation.

• Take part in brainstorming creative design concepts for campaigns alongside a strategy copywriter.

• Constructively challenge project briefs and develop captivating, distinct B2B creative solutions.

• Adhere to brand guidelines while introducing fresh perspectives to advance the brand's evolution.

• Engage in weekly team and manager meetings to manage workflow and align deliverables with strategic objectives.

• Work up to 30 hours per week, starting with 7–10 hours during the initial weeks and typically transitioning to 20–30 hours subsequently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B graphic design.

• A portfolio that highlights both traditional and motion-based design projects.

• Proficiency in creating campaign and demand-generation content, including paid ads and digital assets.

• Strong skills in motion design and animation, particularly for social media platforms.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

• A flexible schedule to accommodate project requirements.

• A proactive attitude towards creative challenges and a willingness to push creative limits.

• Familiarity with Asana, Teams, HubSpot, Canva Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Access to personal technology for design tasks.

• Willingness to engage in global client meetings, syncs, and follow-ups at various times.

• Must be legally authorized to live and work in Mexico without the need for employer sponsorship.
