This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and modify design toolkits into assets suitable for retailers, including PDP imagery, e-commerce brand stores, display advertisements, circulars, emails, shelf blades, and retail media units.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of craftsmanship, ensuring brand consistency, visual clarity, and compliance with individual retailer guidelines.
• Generate static and lightweight motion or dynamic assets for both digital and print formats.
• Perform comprehensive quality control checks to verify accuracy and adherence to the brief, sizing, layout, brand, and retailer requirements.
• Review and enhance work produced by designers, offering clear direction and actionable feedback.
• Provide daily support, guidance, and informal leadership to 1-2 designers.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented studio environment that emphasizes consistency, efficiency, and continuous skill enhancement.
• Motivate and mentor designers to produce work that surpasses expectations.
• Operate within established studio workflows and asset-management systems to ensure timely, precise, and organized file delivery.
• Identify capacity needs and engage in resource planning with the Design Director when workloads fluctuate.
• Collaborate closely with Unite Field Teams, U.S. account leads, and the NY Concept team to clarify briefs, interpret feedback, and ensure market alignment.
• Facilitate smooth transitions by converting conceptual guidance into execution-ready layouts and production files.
• Create clean, visually engaging presentations and mock-ups for internal reviews and retailer sell-in meetings.
• Integrate feedback swiftly and accurately while maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with U.S. team members to quickly edit and polish high-quality presentation slide decks for retailer priorities.
• When needed, participate in early design exploration, visual territory development, or rapid concepting aligned with insights, brand positioning, and retailer needs.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in design or art direction within CPG, shopper marketing, retail, or e-commerce creative settings.
• Strong understanding of (or willingness to develop expertise in) U.S. commerce channels and retailer guidelines.
• Proven ability to transform toolkits into multi-channel asset suites with precise execution.
• Advanced skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a working knowledge of After Effects and Figma.
• Interest in and familiarity with evolving AI tools and platforms.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and providing constructive design feedback.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in collaborating remotely across different time zones.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments with changing priorities.
• This role is for an independent contractor, facilitated through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
