Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create refined design assets for both digital and print mediums, encompassing brand collateral, presentations, campaign materials, and print materials.

• Utilize Figma extensively to develop and manage design files, component libraries, and shared resources.

• Assist in project coordination through Asana, which includes tracking tasks and managing timelines.

• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs and contribute to the continuous evolution of design systems.

• Aid team members in navigating shared design resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills across various formats.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in graphic design positions.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and collaborative workflows.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiar with Asana or similar project management tools.

• B2+ level proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with the capability to work effectively with international teams.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards managing workloads and deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering work of consistently high quality.

• Comfortable operating in a structured, process-oriented environment with various stakeholders.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or legal tech sectors is a plus.
