This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design fresh and original graphics from the ground up for brands, tailored to client specifications, needs, and brand identity.
• Produce a diverse array of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.
• Develop logos and creative artwork, along with pre-production designs.
• Understand the limitations of imprinting on promotional items and the constraints of each decoration method.
• Formulate design concepts and strategies that adhere to resource, budgetary, and timeline constraints.
• Evaluate final layouts and propose enhancements while following brand guidelines and exploring innovative opportunities.
• Oversee projects to ensure timely delivery of all materials in excellent condition to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with clients to align with their ideas and manage their expectations.
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to the responsibilities outlined above.
• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication abilities.
• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours.
• Proficiency in both Microsoft and Google applications.
• Advanced skills in Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, InDesign, or other relevant editing and design software.
• Proven track record in leading creative teams to develop brand concepts.
• Capability to guide a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
