Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality branding and marketing materials for both digital and print media.

• Develop presentations, case studies, banner advertisements, blog visuals, infographics, and campaign creatives.

• Design and enhance web pages, landing pages, and interactive online experiences.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce engaging visual communications.

• Work closely with developers to facilitate the smooth execution of web designs.

• Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials.

• Contribute to campaign concepts, narrative development, and overall creative direction.

• Assist with interactive projects such as ROI calculators, maturity models, and digital engagement experiences.

• Keep abreast of contemporary design trends, motion design, and innovative technologies.

• Handle multiple projects while adhering to deadlines in a dynamic startup environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Marketing Design.

• Extensive experience collaborating with B2B SaaS startups.

• Proven track record in building or scaling a design function within a startup for at least 2 years.

• A robust portfolio that highlights brand campaigns, marketing materials, presentations, infographics, and digital designs.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

• Strong grasp of branding, visual storytelling, typography, and communication design.

• Experience in designing websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or interactive design software such as After Effects or Lottie.

• Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, customer success, and web developers.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership abilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or a related field is preferred.
