This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design engaging visuals that drive conversions and align with project goals.
• Visual Identity Development: Spearhead the creation of comprehensive visual identities for digital products, marketing initiatives, and launches, ensuring consistency, impact, and conversion effectiveness.
• Creation of Digital Marketing Materials: Develop strategic graphic assets for paid advertisements, social media, email, and various other formats, aligning design with copy to enhance performance.
• Landing Page Design: Craft landing page layouts in Figma with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and conversion, collaborating with developers to ensure accurate execution of the design.
• Prototyping and Validation: Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts, collect user feedback, and optimize the overall experience.
• Leadership and Project Management: Oversee other designers, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain the quality of deliverables while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Research and Trends: Investigate new visual references, analyze competitors, and propose innovative ideas to keep the company ahead in digital marketing design.
• Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and the marketing team to ensure seamless integration between design and strategy.
• Responsive Design and Accessibility: Guarantee that layouts and graphic assets are responsive and accessible, offering a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Strong portfolio: Showcase a robust portfolio that highlights experience in digital marketing design, visual identity, advertising campaigns, and digital interfaces.
• Education and specializations: A degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related fields is advantageous, along with certifications or ongoing education courses.
• Advanced English: Proficiency in understanding and applying international references and collaborating with foreign teams or clients is a plus.
• Expertise in digital marketing: In-depth knowledge of launch strategies, conversion funnels, and visual tactics that enhance campaign performance.
• Design tools proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma for creating visual identities, advertising materials, and landing page layouts.
• Strong design fundamentals: Comprehensive understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition, applying principles that enhance aesthetics and project functionality.
• Responsive design: Capability to develop layouts and graphic assets that seamlessly adapt to various devices and screen sizes.
• Communication and collaboration: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to present concepts, defend design choices, and collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Nice-to-haves: Proficiency in Spline, Blender, After Effects, Framer, and HTML/CSS is highly valued.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence image creation using tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Krea, Freepik, or other generative AI solutions to enhance visual projects.
