Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conceptualizing and executing innovative (sales-focused) projects from initial idea to final output

• Converting business and marketing objectives into captivating visual representations

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.)

• Juggling multiple (occasionally) projects and deadlines concurrently

• Managing asset organization and ensuring design system coherence

• Complete production of C-level sales-funnel materials

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer

• Advanced skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma)

• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint

• Capability to create and uphold brand identity systems

• Practical experience in both digital and print design production

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design

• Ability to think conceptually and solve visual problems creatively

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level

• Understanding of motion design or video tools (a plus)
