Senior Government Sales Manager – North Asia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth of new government business across North Asia through strategic partnerships.

• Acquire and cultivate essential regional partners who have access to government and enterprise opportunities.

• Position Innovatrics favorably in advance of tenders by engaging with partners and stakeholders early.

• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with partners while maintaining visibility with government end users.

• Support enterprise opportunities driven by partners and OEMs throughout the region.

• Lead a disciplined process for opportunity qualification and bid orchestration.

• Create and maintain a structured pipeline that spans multiple quarters.

• Complete onboarding for Innovatrics’ government portfolio (ABIS, AFIS, eCivil ID, Border Control) within one month.

• Identify priority partners across South Korea, China, and Japan within three months.

• Formalize strategic partnerships in at least one priority market within a six-month timeframe.

• Secure a minimum of one strategic government program or a significant partner-led deal within one year.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business is required.

• Over 10 years of experience in government or partner-led sales is essential.

• Proven track record working with system integrators and partner ecosystems.

• Experience in biometrics, national ID, law enforcement, or related government systems is necessary.

• A background in identity, cybersecurity, or mission-critical infrastructure is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of government procurement environments is a must.

• Fluency in English, Korean, and Chinese is required.

• Executive presence and maturity in negotiation are essential.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region (40–60%) is required.
