Senior Government Regulatory Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Offer compliance guidance and direction regarding government contract accounting and practices.

• Keep abreast of current changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.

• Assist with regulatory audits from various agencies and lead the company's responses.

• Plan and provide guidance for comprehensive government compliance programs.

• Help in the development of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to government regulations.

• Support the team in creating and updating business system manuals for cost estimating.

• Lead requests for regulatory audits and respond to audit findings as directed.

• Offer guidance and direction to accounting personnel in their preparations.

• Contribute to or develop training programs focused on government contracting compliance.

• Engage in training sessions on best practices in government contracting and updates in regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting for government contracts.

• At least 5 years of experience in the preparation and review of incurred cost submissions.

• Experience with DCAA, DCMA, or other government agencies or DCAA audits is required.

• Knowledge in the development and submission of Incurred Cost Proposals.

• Proficiency in billing, indirect rate development, forecasts, and proposal pricing.

• Previous experience as a DCAA auditor and familiarity with CAS is preferred.
