Senior Government Executive – Public Education, Institutional Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with public decision-makers in the education field, including secretaries, deputy secretaries, directors, and technical teams.

• Initiate market entry strategies and create qualified demand, reducing dependence on public tenders/RFPs.

• Identify key strategic opportunities within municipal governments and public agencies.

• Assist in the creation of proposals by providing technical insights and ensuring alignment with public management realities.

• Oversee institutional negotiations and the consultative sales process for government engagements.

• Act strategically in bidding processes (when applicable), offering critical analysis and positioning.

• Provide market intelligence and insights into trends in public education.

• Represent the organization in institutional interactions, events, and meetings with public stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in the public sector, particularly within the education sector.

• Background as a public manager, Secretary of Education, or substantial institutional experience in the field.

• Established relationships with decision-makers (beyond just theoretical knowledge).

• Proficiency in navigating political, technical, and commercial aspects.

• Strategic insight into the operations of municipalities and public decision-making processes.
