Senior Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations while actively promoting process simplification, optimization, and automation — utilizing AI agents and workflows to minimize manual tasks and enhance program maturity.

• Collaborate with application teams and senior leaders in Technology and Cyber, converting operational data into concise, actionable insights.

• Engage in Power DT's Governance Optimization initiative — a strategic effort designed to alleviate governance burdens across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT security and risk areas, including Vulnerability Management, Disaster Recovery, and IT controls.

• Strong knowledge of data analytics principles, capable of creating and interpreting metrics that inform operational decisions.

• Enthusiastic about AI, actively engaging in its application — a person who builds, tests, and refines AI agents and workflow tools directly, viewing automation as an integral aspect of their work.

• Proven ability to lead without formal authority — coordinating with application teams and senior Technology and Cyber stakeholders to achieve collective goals.

• Self-motivated individual who thrives with minimal guidance and consistently delivers results in uncertain environments.

• Analytical thinker who questions assumptions and develops solutions from the ground up.

• Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) across all organizational levels.
